NB. Mille grazie to Glenn S. and Matthew R. for the Kindle Books. . .you guys made my Saturday morning!

ReplyDelete...and this has nothing to do with your post, Father, but I want to thank you for choosing the title of your site. I was working though Latin exercises last night, and the sentence was adapted from Catullus: "Salve, mea bella puella- da mihi multa basia, amabo te!" Since I knew what 'da mihi' meant, it wasn't hard to figure out the rest of the sentence. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteUnknown, never in a million yrs did I think that anyone would ever thank me for helping them with their Latin homework!
ReplyDeleteI don't know why I came out as 'unknown...'
ReplyDeleteTwo of the books on your kindle list aren't available for purchase by us in the USA and figuring out the Amazon gift card maze was daunting. Any suggestions on a work around?
ReplyDeleteAnon., got me. Techie stuff is an alien language to me. I will delete those two books though. Thanks for checking out the Wish List!
