Progress, not perfection. Keep up the good work, Father. But never let a number on the scale determine your self-worth. When I went to Overeaters Anonymous a long time ago, my sponsor forebade me to use the scale. My orders were to eat sensibly, exercise, work the 12 steps, go to meetings, pray and leave the results to God.
Well, I'm down from 332 5 weeks ago to 321. Racin' Padre'! And I have a bad wheel! A tear in my Achilles! Takes twice the effort to do anything..
