Hello, Darkness. . .
Hello, Darkness (18x24, acrylic, canvas board)
This is an experiment with chromatic black. The foundation layer is
composed of Mars Black, Primary Blue, Burnt Siena, and Phyto Green. The
"colored" portions are (top to bottom) green, black, blue.
Hi: I really like your painting: must tell you that initially I thought it was a photo of Pluto, courtesy of the great folks over at NASA, due to the complexity of the textures. And so I became captivated.... Regards, Consolata
Paint clumps are much nicer than squares! This painting hits it squarely! Are you referring to a certain song with that at the beginning of the lyrics?

Thank you! The textures are accidental, that is, a function of the paint clumping up, etc.
