Sunday Dinner for the friars

For the first time since. . .what?. . .2008. . .I'm cooking Sunday dinner for the friars!

We're having:

Chicken Provence (baked chicken thighs with Provence herbs)
Creamed Spinach
Garlic Mash Potatoes
Honeyed Carrots
Orange Marmalade Cake with vanilla ice cream 

Sounds good?
