May I ask is this something you practice and do you recommend it?
I say the Jesus Prayer often while falling asleep.

I go to sleep like this often.
I assume the Jesus Beads remain in your pocket and you can use them as a "help" while you're waiting in line, etc.?

Use them whenever you need to. Go to Hobby Lobby and buy the supplies to make them for family and friends.
