Monday Fat Report (Octave)

It's +1 this week. . .ah well.  Up to 328lbs.

It could be much worse, I guess!

  1. Your weight loss seems to be going the same way as mine. I lost 10 pounds in the first month, and I have been fluctuating about 3 lbs for the past 6 weeks.

    I think I have hit a plateau, which means I have to change something. This in my case means either I decrease my caloric intake, or increase my caloric expense.

    I can't decrease the intake any more without it becoming an unhealthy diet - that leaves me with adding some ... er...exercise. I hate exercising.

    Query: Can exercising be offered up for the souls in purgatory.

    I need to start walking again.

  3. Next time, before you weigh yourself, go to the bathroom. Yes, you need to walk; wear a pedometer. Drink water.

  4. Faith, I know ALLLLLL the tricks! :-) Shave first, clip your nails, trim nose hair, etc.

    Walking is about the only kind of exercise I actually like. When I was in grad school, I walked with one of my prof 5 mi. a day.
